The Role
This role provides high-level administrative, financial, and organizational support to senior leadership and the Board of Directors. This role serves as a central hub for communication, coordination, and execution across departments and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive and Board support, including coordination, documentation, and meeting preparation
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support financial reporting and administrative processes in collaboration with the Controller
Oversee office operations and facilities coordination to ensure smooth daily operations
Act as a key liaison for external relations and industry partners
Coordinate events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives
Support strategic administration and internal/external communications
Perform other related duties as required to support organizational success
Who You Are
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling confidential information and working with senior leadership
Experienced in administrative and financial coordination (AP/AR experience preferred)
Professional, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
