We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Office Supervisor to support our fast-paced hospitality operation and ensure the smooth flow of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Office Supervisor, you will serve as the organizational hub of our operation--ensuring structure, efficiency, and clear communication across departments. Key responsibilities include:
Leading administrative workflows and maintaining digital/physical filing systems.
Managing all payroll-related functions, including timesheet validation, wage adjustments, and coordination with accounting.
Overseeing invoice processing and vendor communications.
Driving improvements in office procedures, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
Monitoring data entry and reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinating onboarding and HR documentation for new team members.
Collaborating with operational managers to align administrative support with business goals.
Managing internal communications and meeting logistics.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in administrative, supervisory, or office management roles within a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows efficiently.
High proficiency with computers and office software (Excel, Word, scheduling tools, etc.).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Demonstrated success in producing results and improving systems.
Familiarity with
AnyDay, Blackfox, and Silverware
is considered an asset.
