Job Description

We are looking for a full time office assistant. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Immigration team.Main Duties and Responsibilities?

1. Answer customer's questions on immigration and provide professional immigration consulting services;

2. Provide secretarial and administrative support, prepare and submit immigration forms, draft letters and documents, and organize relevant meetings;

3. Proactively follow up on various target customers, design appropriate solutions according to the specific conditions of the intended customers to facilitate signing;

4. Cooperate with other personnel to provide excellent services for customers and maintain customer relationship;

5. Actively participate in the company's various immigration promotion and marketing activities to develop and maintain potential customers.

Qualifications and Requirements?

1. Prefer to have industry experience in study abroad or immigration;

2. Good writing skills; expressive and persuasive abilities;

3. Have a serious and responsible spirit of service; treats customers with patience;

4. Strong ability to work under pressures and a good team-work spirit.
