Qualifications

- Reception training and experience an asset


- Excellent written, interpersonal & oral skills


- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications


- Ability to work as part of a team


- Must be organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


- Quick learner, able to adapt to new tasks and procedures efficiently




Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet and receive clients in a friendly, knowledgeable manner and direct them accordingly


- Answer incoming calls in a clear, courteous manner and direct calls accordingly using a multi-line Reception Console


- Manage several Outlook mailboxes, forwarding and distributing as required


- Oversee courier services, mail and faxing for the office


- Provide general Administrative support as required by staff


- Ensure the Reception and other office areas are organized and clean


- Order office supplies as needed and keeping track of existing supplies


- Other duties as assigned by Office Manager/Management
