Job Overview


We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them as necessary Office opening and closing procedures Scheduling meetings, appointments, and court appearances Managing the calendars of the lawyers Correspondence including but not limited to: answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages; drafting and responding to emails; writing letters; and faxing documents Running errands as required Billing and receiving payment File organization and diarization General administrative duties assigned by lawyers

Skills



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Time management skills Computer competency, including experience with Microsoft Office programs Ability to successfully work as a part of a team, but also independently motivated Comfortable asking questions if further instructions are required Ability to maintain confidentiality Interested in continuous learning Professional Punctual Previous administrative experience is an asset

Candidate Qualifications



At least 3 years of experience as an assistant or receptionist Office Administrative Diploma Experience with accounting software Experience with bookkeeping and record management

The successful applicant will also be required to provide a Criminal Record Check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
