Duties
Greet visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
Handle administrative tasks efficiently, and keep the office up to date.
Handling social media platforms for marketing purposes professionally
Any additional tasks required for assisting the team during workflow.
Experience
Minimum 1 to 2 years of reception experience required in a Canadian office environment.
