Harvard Developments has an immediate opening for an Office Marketing Coordinator to join its Regina team to implement and execute the strategic marketing plan and budget, along with various tenant events and property amenities. As a crucial member of a highly engaged team, the Office Marketing Coordinator will provide an exceptional customer service experience while directing all efforts to increase and influence tenant engagement and experience.

As a successful Office Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible to:
Lead the social media and digital marketing strategy, curating and creating relevant and engaging content for the tenant app and social networking channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.);
Schedule, coordinate and execute various promotional and tenant events;
Monitor and report on marketing initiatives and campaigns carried out within the portfolio;
Lead and facilitate the use and administration of the conference centre and other common area amenities throughout the portfolio.
Assist the Director of Brand and Experience to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the portfolio including promotions, events, and community endeavors that deliver on key performance indicators.
