Job Overview:
Haven House is a fully licensed escort agency located downtown Kelowna, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, lead a team, be excellent at multi-tasking. This position is for part-time leading into full time If it is a proper fit. We are looking to hire for all shifts. Our hours are 10am - 2am we are open until 3 or 4am on weekends. The ideal candidate must be willing to work 10-hour shifts on the weekends if needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in POS systems for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with photoshop, excel, word.
- Ability to sell services effectively and drive sales performance
Responsibilites
- Answering phones and emails
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any escalated issues
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and ordering restock
- Ensure shop cleanliness and organization
-Photoshopping, Advertisement writing.

- Greet and warmly welcome clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience from the moment they enter our premises.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services, rates, and availability.
- Coordinate appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of our agency.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless client experience.
