Bray Motors is seeking an experienced

Office Manager/Controller

to join our team! You'll manage accounting/reporting functions and accounting processes and procedures within the dealership. In this pivotal role, you will need a positive attitude and strong work ethic, the ability to work well with others in a team environment, and enjoy detail-oriented problem solving.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides administrative, and financial information to department managers and the Dealer Completes dealership accounting and bookkeeping activities - including processing and reconciling retail and wholesale vehicle deals Administer of payroll Reconciles accounts at the end of the month and conduct basic financial analyses Maintains up-to-date knowledge of dealership sales, profits, and expenses Understands proper accounting methods and instructs team members in those methods Maintains the most up-to-date profit-and-loss information available within the dealership Establish and maintain key filing systems, including financial records and team member folders

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Automotive Dealer Accounting experience and knowledge of DMS software considered an asset, but willing to train the right candidate Strong math skills with excellent communication skills and attention to detail Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications The ability to work independently and as a part of a team Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure
