Job Description

We are a Home Based Business in Charleswood. Our Office is located in the lower level, requiring a person to be able to maneuver stairs. There are pets in the home. Busing to this area is limited & would not work as a mode of transportation to our office for the hours required. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. 7.5 hours/day.

Responsibilities of this position requires a confident multi-tasker. Answering phones to schedule appointments requires a Clear, fluent in English person. Experience managing all aspects of an office is required. Our scheduling system is online & requires typing ability. Quickbooks experience is required as well as the ability to work alone & as a part of the team.

Meeting deadlines, Punctuality, Professionalism & the ability to follow directions are requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 per week
