We are looking for an experienced Office Manager/ Bookkeeper with a solid understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Your role is to provide a seamless and positive experience, ensuring that customers receive timely and efficient service for their vehicles in fast paced environment.
Job duties would include but are not limited to running front administration and customer care, Organizing and processing Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Job Costing, CRA Requirements. Our ideal candidate holds a diploma or certification in Bookkeeping and/or Office Management but is not mandatory.
