We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
Invoicing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Bank Reconciliations
File HST Returns
have knowledge of CRA
Manage day-to-day office operations, including clerical tasks and front desk duties.
Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval.
Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries.
Assist in developing office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN QUICKBOOKS PREMIER
MULTIPLE YEARS EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY, 5yrs min.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role..
Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
