We are looking for someone to join our growing team and assist in our day-to-day operations. We anticipate a part-time position but we're potentially open to full time.
Duties will include:
Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and re-directing calls to the appropriate staff member as required.
Managing our general and admin email inboxes and responding to daily inquiries.
Assisting with administration tasks including filing, direct mail, and communications.
Invoicing clients and assisting in account receivable/payables (some bookkeeping duties).
Tracking and organizing projects (we have existing systems in place).
Proof reading completed reports.
Reviewing RFP documents and help to compile proposals.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
