We're a family business in the smoked fish industry, committed to quality, integrity, and great service. We're looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team as an Office Administrator and Inside Sales Support.

What You'll Do:

As our new team member, you'll wear many hats and play a key role in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing inside sales support and customer service Tracking and managing inventory levels Paying invoices and managing basic bookkeeping tasks Filing permits, renewals, and regulatory forms Assisting with scheduling, orders, and logistics Organizing records and maintaining databases Supporting various admin and office duties as needed Contributing ideas and insight to assist with business decisions and process improvements

Qualifications:

Experience in an office setting is valuable but not required for the right candidate Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other computer programs Able to learn new systems quickly Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory, or sales is an asset Valid driver's license may be helpful for occasional errands
