Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in dental management is essential. Proven experience in staff supervision is necessary. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this role. A solid background in managing budgets and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) is expected. Experience in conflict resolution is considered an asset. Familiarity with Tracker Dental Software is a plus. Experience in Treatment Coordination will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the dental office team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Provide

to effectively supervise and motivate staff.

Organize and manage schedules
