Job Overview



As the Office Manager at Gameday Men's Health, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Acting as the first point of contact for individuals seeking care, you will set the tone with your ability to connect, multitask efficiently, and foster a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities



1. Appointment Management:



Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments for services, including hormone evaluations, erectile dysfunction consultations, lab work, and other treatments. Manage communications via phone, text, and email to ensure accurate and efficient appointment handling.

2. Patient Communication:



Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries regarding memberships, services, and new offerings through phone, text, and email. Provide clear, concise information to ensure patient understanding and satisfaction.

3. Sales & Marketing Support:



Engage with current and past patients to inform them of new offers, promotions, and services. Drive clinic growth by enhancing patient experiences and promoting additional services.

4. Team Coordination:



Serve as the primary liaison between patients and clinical staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional care. Facilitate communication and workflow to optimize patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.

5. Create a Positive Patient Experience:



Foster a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and cared for. Reflect the clinic's commitment to quality care in all interactions.

6. Administrative Support:



Handle general office tasks, including patient record management, billing, data entry, and maintaining an organized workspace. Support daily operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:



1. Exceptional Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication abilities with professional and empathetic tone in person, over the phone, and via email or text.

2. Customer Service Excellence:

Commitment to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for clients with the ability to manage sensitive conversations with discretion and compassion. Skilled at addressing patient inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.

3. Organizational and Multitasking:

Highly organized, capable of managing multiple schedules and administrative tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail in appointment booking, patient intake, and record maintenance.

4. Sales and Relationship Management:

Enthusiastic about engaging with clients to share services and promotions at the clinic to help promote clinic growth and success. Capable of maintaining long-term client relationships, fostering loyalty and retention.

5. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with clinicians and staff to provide seamless, coordinated care. Strong interpersonal skills to foster a cohesive and supportive team environment.

6. Flexible & Resilient:

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
