Office Manager
to join our dynamic team in

. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and supporting our construction and project management teams through effective coordination and administrative leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative functions
Supervise and support office staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and vendors
Organize and maintain filing systems for documents, contracts, and records
Manage office budgets, expense tracking, and petty cash
Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure office equipment is maintained
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when necessary
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Assist HR with onboarding, attendance, and employee records
Support senior management in various administrative and project tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role
Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
