Office Manager



Cranson Capital is hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, providing executive administrative support, financial administration, and HR coordination. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, including reception, phone lines, and client inquiries Provide administrative and executive support to senior management, including correspondence, reports, and document management Assist with accounting administration, including QuickBooks data entry, expense reconciliation, cheque preparation, and record keeping Assist with payroll administration, including payroll data entry, reporting, and coordination with payroll providers (ADP experience an asset) Maintain CRM systems and internal shared drive; support system updates and user onboarding Coordinate human resources administration, including onboarding, employee files, and HR documentation Track team expenses, commissions, and financial documentation for reporting purposes Manage vendor relationships, IT coordination, office inventory, and supply ordering Oversee office facilities, equipment maintenance, and general office organization Support marketing administration, compliance documentation, and internal projects Identify opportunities to improve office processes, efficiency, and workflow Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required

Qualifications & Skills



Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience 2+ years of experience in office management, administration, executive support, or a similar role Strong knowledge of office operations, financial administration, and HR coordination Experience with QuickBooks, CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and payroll systems (ADP an asset) Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
