We are looking for a clinic office manager who has the ability to effectively communicate well in person, on the phone, email, written correspondence etc. as well as interpersonally with other staff and doctors. Candidate must be an efficient multitasker, able to prioritize, be a problem solver, and be able to get things done in a timely and organized manner. This management position also involves skilled and competent front desk administrative responsibilities.
Applicant must have the ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy, fast paced and demanding clinic environment. Good leadership qualities are essential in this managerial role with effective management and direction over our front desk staff (3 full and 3 part time) as well as coordination of quick paced patient flow involving multiple practitioners. They must be a good motivator of people and have a positive upbeat confident personality. Candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team with other staff, doctors and massage therapists.
The clinic manager is critical as one of the first points of contact for welcoming patients and guests into the office. It is essential to be able to provide exceptional patient care and customer service, all while orchestrating the front desk staff, supporting doctors with patient care management and clinic operations.
