We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Manager will be responsible for human resources functions, front desk operations, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks and front desk responsibilities.
Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee training development.
Maintain organized records for payroll processing and budgeting activities.
Ensure effective phone etiquette and communication with clients, vendors, and staff.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting purposes.
Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Implement organizational systems to improve efficiency within the office environment.
Support team members with administrative tasks and provide training as needed.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in human resources management is a plus.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
Familiarity with payroll processes and budgeting practices is beneficial.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
