Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This key role is central to the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and supports various departments including sales, inventory, finance, support, and marketing. You'll work closely with every department--especially the sales team--ensuring seamless communication and workflow across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure and contribute to multiple areas of the business, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and stepping outside their core responsibilities when needed. Responsibilities



Perform daily office administration tasks including accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) Process sales orders accurately and efficiently Assist with inventory control and ordering products Generate and distribute weekly reports for internal use Perform reception duties: answer phones, direct calls, and provide information to customers Support marketing initiatives and campaign coordination Assist with e-commerce setup and monitoring, including product listings and order flow Manage social media accounts, create content, post updates, and monitor/respond to customer reviews Support the General Manager with daily operational tasks and special projects Pay monthly bills and track office and travel-related expenses

Experience



Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to quickly learn new systems Experience with QuickBooks is an asset Experience with accounting software and e-commerce platforms such as commerce hub and similar EDI is an asset Familiar with Best Buy and Canadian Tire order/inventory management systems Previous office administration experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week
