Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic
Develop and implement processes to optimize patient flow and experience
Support seamless coordination between administrative and clinical teams
Manage scheduling, billing, and financial transactions
Ensure patient records and communications maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to front office staff

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in dental office management or dental administration
Experience with dental practice management software (Tracker preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with dental and medical terminology and procedures
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial processes
Demonstrated commitment to excellent patient service and privacy
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and leadership mindset
