We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory experience and be proficient in managing office functions, including bookkeeping, human resources, and vendor management. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of our office environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily office operations and manage Hygiene and Dental assistant staff to maintain efficiency and office policies.
Coordinate human resources functions, including training & development of staff.
Ensure the clinic's values are adhered to while maintaining team professionalism.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
Implement organizational strategies to improve workflow and productivity.
Requirements
Proven experience in Dentistry, ideally with assisting or Hygiene background with supervisory responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
Experience in human resources practices and policies, including hiring and letting go of staff.
Strong team management skills with a focus on training & development of staff members.
