Our mission requires a world class team supported by a world class workspace. We are hiring a foundational operations leader to build, manage, and continuously improve our headquarters environment.

Mission



This is an operational leadership role. We are moving to a larger headquarters, and your first responsibility will be to project manage this relocation from end to end. After the move, you will fully own the physical workspace and ensure it operates as a high performance hub for engineering, sales, and general operations.

Key Responsibilities



Phase 1: Office Relocation and Build Out (First 90 Days)



Act as the single project owner for the relocation Coordinate with property management, contractors, architects, and moving vendors Oversee procurement and installation of furniture, IT infrastructure, and security systems Create workspace layouts that support hybrid work and R and D needs Ensure zero disruption to team operations during the move

Phase 2: Workplace Operations and Facilities Management (Ongoing)



Own the quality and function of the headquarters environment Manage facilities vendors including cleaning, maintenance, and security, and hold them to high standards Oversee office procurement and inventory including supplies, coffee, snacks, and team meals, while managing budgets Maintain a professional and organized space that is always ready for client and investor visits Manage safety and access protocols

Phase 3: Administrative and Cultural Hub (Ongoing)



Serve as the central coordination point for mail, shipping and receiving including sensitive hardware Provide high level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team as needed Partner with HR to deliver smooth onboarding including workspace setup and access credentials Support a positive in office culture through team events, all hands meetings, and client visits

Qualifications



5 plus years experience in office management, workplace operations, or executive support in a high growth company Proven experience managing a full office relocation or major space build out Ownership mindset, proactive problem solving, and strong follow through Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment Experience in vendor management and budgeting Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern operations software

Mission



Ce role est un poste de leadership operationnel. Nous demenageons vers un siege plus grand et votre premiere responsabilite sera de gerer ce projet de relocalisation de bout en bout. Apres le demenagement, vous aurez la pleine responsabilite du fonctionnement et de la qualite de l'environnement de travail.

Responsabilites principales



Phase 1 : Demenagement et amenagement (90 premiers jours)



Point de contact principal pour le projet Coordination avec la gestion immobiliere, les entrepreneurs, les architectes et les demenageurs Gestion de l'achat et de l'installation du mobilier, de l'infrastructure TI et de la securite Conception d'un espace adapte au travail hybride et aux besoins de R et D Assurer une transition fluide pour l'equipe

Phase 2 : Operations et gestion des installations (en continu)



Responsabilite complete de l'environnement du siege social Gestion des fournisseurs lies a l'entretien, la securite et la maintenance Gestion des achats, fournitures, collations, cafe et repas d'equipe, avec controle du budget Maintien d'un espace professionnel et accueillant pour visites et demonstrations Mise en place et supervision des procedures de securite et d'acces

Phase 3 : Soutien administratif et culture interne (en continu)



Point central pour le courrier, les receptions et expeditions, y compris les pieces de robotique Soutien administratif aux dirigeants selon les besoins Collaboration avec les RH pour une integration fluide des nouveaux employes Participation active a la culture interne et a l'organisation d'evenements

Competences et exigences



Minimum 5 ans d'experience en gestion de bureau, operations, ou soutien executif en environnement en croissance Experience confirmee en gestion de projet de demenagement ou d'amenagement d'espace Sens prononce de l'initiative, organisation, rigueur et autonomie Experience en gestion de fournisseurs et budget Maitrise de Google Workspace et des outils modernes de gestion
