Duties
Manage office operations, including overseeing clerical tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
Maintain effective communication with team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Organize office supplies, equipment, and resources to ensure optimal functionality.
Assist in human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive office culture.
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in administrative duties, including clerical work and data management.
