??Role and Responsibilities?
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
Organize and schedule meetings, accommodations and travel arrangements
Coordinate facility maintenance and IT support needs
Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, maintenance and general office care
Supervise Administrative Officer
Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications
Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Maintain company safety program and promote a strong safety culture
Manage brand messaging and corporate logo usage
Manage social media content and web presence
Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations and employee records
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
??Qualifications and Education Requirements?
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Diploma or related field experience preferred
This is covering a maternity leave
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
