We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of administrative and clerical functions with previous experience. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office workflows, managing staff, and maintaining effective vendor and client relationships. The Office Manager will serve as the central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, fostering a professional and efficient work atmosphere.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily office activities, including front desk operations and administrative support
Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee relations
Manage payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Handle bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and correspondence
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement of office supplies and services
Oversee multi-line phone systems ensuring professional phone etiquette and prompt response to inquiries
Assist with budgeting processes and monitor office expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility
Implement policies for office safety, filing systems, and general administrative procedures
Lead team management efforts by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Experience
Proven supervisory experience in an office setting with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Proficiency in AbleDent or other previous DPMS experience
Extensive office experience including front desk management, clerical duties, and administrative support
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Experience with human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee management
Familiarity with vendor management processes and multi-line phone systems
Ability to handle budgeting responsibilities effectively within an office environment
Prior experience in team management is highly desirable
