Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient office procedures, managing administrative staff, and supporting various departments to foster a productive work environment.

Duties



Oversee front desk operations. Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development. Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations across departments. Organize technician schedule. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of office etiquette.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office management or administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with QuickBooks and financial reporting is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software. Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
