Mow and Snow is recruiting for a full time position for a dedicated, organized, reliable individual looking to join our fast paced, multi-divisional, family run business.
You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and be motivated to support the operations of the staff completing the lawn care, snow removal and other maintenance and service jobs.
This role requires:
Excellent customer service via email, phone and in person.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple projects at one time and to multi-task.
Ensure the smooth operation of business needs as per job description.
To communicate effectively with all team members.
To manage your work flow efficiently and ensure all deadlines are met.
Assist Team Leads and Department Managers with operational assistance when needed.
Strong working knowledge of computers and online systems such as but not limited to QuickBooks Online, Jobber, Viber and Lightspeed POS systems.
Data entry for service jobs, invoicing and collecting payments when jobs are completed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
