Peak Improvements, a leading home renovation company in Edmonton, is looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team.
What You'll Do:
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
Preparing bank deposits, processing accounts payable/receivable.
Supporting our bookkeeper with QuickBooks and GST reporting.
Assisting project managers with orders, deliveries, and timelines.
Posting photos and updates to Facebook, Instagram, and Houzz.
Using tools like QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, UDA Construction Online, and Teams.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years in administration or office management.
Strong QuickBooks experience (online or desktop would be an asset).
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
Proactive and able to work independently.
A positive team player who values accountability and long-term growth.
What We Offer:
Hourly wage: $22-$30, based on experience.
Monday-Friday schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30/5:00 PM. With some flexibility for hours
