Minimum of 3-5 years experience in office management, construction and estimating.
Skills Required:
Must have a full understanding of property management.
Ability to read blueprints, understand scope of work and specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with a focus on MS Word and Excel.
Must speak and write perfect English.
Must have a construction residential and commercial awareness.
Proficiency with Sage 100 is mandatory.
