Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in London Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our projects by accurately estimating costs and ensuring that our operations align with our commitment to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope of work Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors for accurate pricing Utilize Eplans software for estimating processes Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors Monitor project budgets and provide updates on cost variances Assist in developing project schedules and timelines Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role Proficiency in Eplans software or equivalent Strong understanding of construction processes and pricing strategies Excellent negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and mathematical skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of safety regulations within the construction industry
