We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/neurofeedback tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to oversee the administrative operations of our office. Duties - Must adhere to code of confidentiality. Manage office supplies and inventory - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies - Handle scheduling, appointments, Maintain a safe and secure working environment Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities - Prior experience in office management or related field is preferred - post content for social media - ordering of material needed in clinic - WILL TRAIN for the following - neurofeedback tech (no experience necessary)
