We are a residential construction company seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Full Cycle Bookkeeper/Office Administrator with strong knowledge of construction or project-based accounting to play a key role within our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our operations through accurate financial processing, managing payroll, active cash management, and reliable monthly reconciliation reports and year-end support. In this role, you will work independently about 95% of the time, taking ownership of day-to-day accounting tasks of six companies. You will also collaborate with our management team to provide reporting and process improvements.
