Role Summary



The Office Manager and Admin is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Nuvollo's office environment. This role combines administrative support with responsibilities in shipping, receiving, procurement, and vendor coordination. It also supports HR, Finance, and IT functions through onboarding, documentation, and basic financial tasks. The role requires a highly organized, tech-savvy individual who can multitask, communicate effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative & Office Support



Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and company events Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Monitor and replenish essential office supplies Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean and guest-ready Prepare refreshments and materials for client visits and internal events

Shipping, Receiving & Inventory



Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming packages Prepare and ship outgoing packages Track inventory of office and IT supplies

Procurement & Vendor Coordination



Place orders for supplies and services Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery Maintain records of purchases and contracts

HR & Onboarding Support



Assist with onboarding and offboarding

Qualifications & Skills



Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and office tools Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Skills:



Experience with shipping platforms and vendor coordination Familiarity with IT service environments Basic understanding of procurement and inventory management
