The Opportunity



We're looking for a

full-time Office Manager / Administrative Coordinator

to take charge of day-to-day operations and help our office run smoothly year-round.

This is not a typical reception job -- it's the heartbeat of the firm. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, manage the flow of work through the office, handle CRA correspondence, invoicing, and collections, and ensure everyone is supported and on track.

Because we're an accounting firm, there is also the

opportunity to learn bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals

over time, for those who are interested in developing professionally and expanding their skill set.

What You'll Do



Greet clients and answer phones with warmth and professionalism Manage CRA correspondence, including pre- and post-assessment reviews Track the status of client files (T1s, T2s, bookkeeping, etc.) and upcoming deadlines Communicate regularly with staff about timelines, workloads, and priorities Prepare invoices, record payments, and manage accounts receivable/collections Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and overall organization Support the partners with scheduling, letters, and correspondence Keep the office running smoothly -- and help make it a place people enjoy coming to

Who You Are



Friendly, professional, and composed under pressure Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and coordinating with a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with administrative work in a professional setting (accounting, legal, or similar office preferred) Familiarity with CRA correspondence or accounting firm workflows is an asset Confident with Microsoft Office and PDF tools (experience with accounting or tax software is a bonus)

What We Offer



Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year (negotiable for the right experience)

Hours:

32-40 hours per week with a

seasonally flexible schedule


- Heavier commitment during

February to April (tax season)


- Greater flexibility and lighter hours from

June to October
