Adecco is currently hiring for some temporary Office Clerk job openings in Toronto, ON for some sporadic temporary needs. To be considered for these clerical type roles, you must have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude and be able to work in a detailed, fast paced capacity. Our client is a busy and growing printing company so it is not a standard \'office\' setting but requires attention to detail. Shift days and times can vary as well so please be sure to include your availability in your application

Pay rate: $17-18/hr plus 4% vacation pay paid weekly

Some of the responsibilities for the Office Clerk job openings in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to;

Provide support to the print production by packing, sorting, and labeling product(s)

Create shipping labels/waybills for FedEx/UPS/Canada Post and other couriers

Work to provide material handling support by manually moving product and shipments as well as packing; lifting up to 45lbs.

Overseeing and keeping records of all shipping and receiving

Monitoring packages from start to finish

Ensuring proper packing techniques and shipping practices are adhered to

Maintaining clean work areas and ensuring that shipments, boxes, and related items are properly and safely put away

Flexible to related tasks as required.

The qualifications for the Office Clerk job openings in Toronto, ON includes;

Ideally office related experience and/or retail and/or packaging experience

A high attention to detail and follows directions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team based and busy environment but who can also be a strong independent/self motivated worker

Flexible and positive; hard working mentality
