We are seeking a part-time, on-site Office & Facilities Administrator!
What You'll Do?
Managing office access cards.
Managing office mail and courier shipments.
Helping with day-to-day issues and queries related to the office e.g. managing tools for desks/parking/lockers booking etc.
Managing office supplies and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment.
Supporting internal events (cooperation with Social Committee) and
supporting Global Facility Team in the cross-regional initiatives.
Managing Jira FM tickets - resolving the tasks.
Providing support to other departments: AP, HR, IT, Legal, etc.
BCP Coordinator role.
