About the Role

The Office Experience Intern provides essential administrative support to the Distribution team. The role assists with events, beverage and food delivery and management as well as scanning and processing mail.


This is an IN-PERSON position. The intern must be able to work in the office 5 days a week in our Saskatoon office at 333 3rd Ave N.


Work Term: January 8, 2024 to April 26, 2024


The Work

  • Support team with various needs for on-site meetings and events.
  • Assist in maintaining hot and cold beverage orders and stocking.
  • Track and fill company inventory orders of stationery and promotional material.
  • Assist department in responding to specialty processing requests and adhere to strict deadlines, confidentiality and individual product specifications.
  • Support with the daily maintenance of the office environment.
  • Provide daily backup support for the Distribution Support Administrator\xe2\x80\x99s lunch and breaks.

Let\'s Talk About You!

  • Must have high school diploma.
  • General comprehension and awareness of various financial products and services.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office application skills.
  • Basic knowledge of technology equipment and their associated software (inserter and meter machine).
  • Physical ability to lift from 5 - 30 pounds.
