We are seeking a Office Delivery Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills to aid in task such as pricing, inventory, & deliveries. Strong computer literacy is ideal as well. The Candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth office functions, supporting team members, and ensuring exceptional service to clients and visitors.
Note that lifting of items up to 15 pounds may be required.
The physical ability to handle handtrucks and flat trucks are expected for delivery use.
Duties
Assist on daily operations such as restocking, pricing and deliveries.
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, editing, and communication
Provide support via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Support office management activities such as supply ordering, mail handling, and general administrative tasks
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Experience
Prior office experience is preferred, including roles such as receptionist, administrative assistant, or personal assistant
Experience Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data entry is highly desirable
Previous experience in customer service or support roles enhances the ability to handle client interactions professionally
