Overview:


We're looking for a reliable, well-organized

Office Administrator / Project Coordinator

to manage day-to-day office operations and support projects from initiation to completion. This position is perfect for someone detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A valid Class 5 Driver's License and personal vehicle are required for occasional travel to project sites and supplier locations.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, payroll processing, and inventory management Coordinate with vendors and manage phone/email communications Assist in maintaining project schedules and coordinating tasks Support office systems and ensure smooth team communication

Qualifications:



Minimum 3 year of experience in office administration or project coordination Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office, Google Sheets, and Adobe Strong multitasking abilities, willingness to learn, and ability to handle pressure Typing speed of at least 30 WPM Experience in trades or interior/exterior design is an asset Must hold a valid Class 5 license and have access to a personal vehicle
