Liberty Tax has an exciting Full Time Seasonal Office Co-ordinator opportunity in our Thompson MB office for the 2026 Tax Season. Our successful candidate will enjoy applying their customer service and organizational skills to ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally at all times.
Office Co-ordinator duties include:
Provide each client with exceptional service
Ensure client confidentiality and privacy at all times
Organize and co-ordinate the office
Assist with business growth and local marketing
Accurately explain the tax return, collect required signatures/payment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior tax preparation experience preferred but willing to train
Proficient computer skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Professional, friendly attitude
Detail Oriented
*Hourly rate based on experience and tax knowledge.
*Ideally, we are looking for an Office Co-ordinator willing to work 18 hrs/wk from November to January, and full-time from February to May, employment after May 2026 may be a possibility.
