Position Summary

We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to join us based in our Sheppard office. Reporting to the Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for participating at a high level of administration and coordination of existing and new office locations.

Major Responsibilities

  • Plan events and special projects
  • Assist with meeting room bookings for special events
  • Act as driver for office culture, take on a primary role in the office social committee
  • Manage/administer incoming mail, faxes and couriers; i.e. sort, open, stamp
  • Manage healthy snack, coffee & other office programs, as needed
  • Reception - Greet visitors, answer calls, accept deliveries, arrange courier pick up and similar
  • Arrange catering for office meetings, including set up and clean up
  • Coordinate setup & tear down for events
  • Manage office supplies, keep items fully stocked
  • Maintain general cleanliness of facilities and ensure elements are in good working order
  • Receive client payments, issue receipts
  • Issue creditor packages
  • Administrative tasks Finance or similar department
  • Other duties as may be required
Qualifications
  • Office experience an asset
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite of software
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional personal presentation
