We're Hiring! - Office Coordinator (Hearst Office)



Join our dynamic dental practice as an Office Coordinator! We are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and detail-oriented professional to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you excel at multitasking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!



Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations Handle patient records, insurance claims, and billing Support daily administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently


What We're Looking For:

Bilingual: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
