Administration and Reception RoleThe Travel Agent Next Door is a young and innovative company very well recognized within the Travel Industry. We are dedicated to supporting and providing business-building tools to assist our Partner Travel Agents with managing and growing their businesses.Job description

  • Monitor an email inbox with a large volume of incoming emails from travel suppliers, answer or forward to our travel agent partners with urgency
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and travel documents
  • Prepare outgoing mail for distribution
  • Action various business changes submitted by the travel agents
  • Create supplier log-ins for newly joined agents (weekly)
  • Reset supplier passwords and pins for all agents
  • Keep supplier information in regards to travel agent's log-ins or password resets up to date
  • Assist the Agency Coordination Manager (Onboarding Department) as needed
  • Update and maintain databases
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Greet customers when enter office
  • Other duties as required

  • Work independently when given tasks to complete
  • Has a strong understanding of Google and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Be respectful and mindful of punctuality
  • Live in Toronto, or the GTA (reasonable commute on a daily basis, as the position is in-office)
  • Have proof of vaccination (required)
