Summary
We are seeking an admin person to join our dynamic team at Mack Professional Corp. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our wills and estates department.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
Manage incoming calls.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar the lawyers.
Handle client inquiries and provide information about legal services offered.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain a clean and organized desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office or in a similar administrative role.
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
