We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support across various office functions, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves handling data entry, managing correspondence, customer service and accounting functions. Prior experience with office software and strong organizational skills are highly valued to contribute effectively to our busy office environment. Experience in Accts Payable and Accts Receivable , as well as CDK Dealer Software experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CDK software.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and supporting client needs via phone or in person.
Perform various accounting functions as needed. Accts Payable/Accts Receivable
Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and other communication forms efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven clerical or administrative experience, with experience in accounting.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and CDK.
Experience with data entry, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
