We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Duties
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct account reconciliation and analysis
- Utilize accounting software such as Simply Accounting
- Perform bank reconciliation tasks
-Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
-Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person/department
-Maintain a clean and organized reception area
-Assist Retail Manager in retail store by serving and cashing out customers
Skills
- Proficiency in Simply Accounting, and other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Ability to conduct account reconciliation and analysis effectively
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
