We are currently seeking an Office Clerk to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for accounts payable, providing consistent exceptional customer service, following established processes and procedures for their role, and achieving targeted goals and objective and assisting the Financial Controller of the dealership with various accounting/administrative functions and deadline attainment. This role is responsible for ongoing collaboration with fellow team members and improving efficiencies whenever possible.

Key Accountabilities & Objectives:

\xc2\xb7 Accounts payable posting

\xc2\xb7 Issue Accounts Payable Cheques

\xc2\xb7 Filing invoices and paperwork as required and assigned

\xc2\xb7 Reconciliation of accounts

\xc2\xb7 Post invoices for various departments as required and assigned

\xc2\xb7 Actively communicates and collaborates with Managers and accounting team

\xc2\xb7 Completes administrative functions and is cross-trained in the inventory stock in process; dealer trade coordination, receptionist etc. order to assist fellow department team members when required and as business needs arise.

\xc2\xb7 Provide feedback to management and maintain open communication on concerns, suggestions, requirements etc.

\xc2\xb7 Any other duties as assigned by management.

Special Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum High School Diploma

\xc2\xb7 Post Secondary Education in Accounting & Administration preferred

\xc2\xb7 Previous accounting experience in a dealership accounting environment preferred
