What you'll do:
Processing of daily sales recaps.
Data entry and report generation - Prepare and key daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
General office filing and record keeping.
Support customers (internal/external), respond to enquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to our members on account activities.

Who you are:
You have strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
